City & Guilds Business Apprenticeship Success

As one of the largest refrigeration and air conditioning wholesalers in the UK, FSW is passionate about providing exceptional service to all our customers. To aid this, we support the continual development of all our employees across the company, in particular people entering the HVAC industry.

At our head office in Cannock, two employees in our Business Support team have recently achieved great success in their education. Dan and Maisie, who joined us in September and October 2022, have both gained Distinctions in their City & Guilds Business Administration apprenticeship, which built upon their existing skills and knowledge from their school/college qualifications and has provided a foundation from which to build their careers in their chosen pathways.  

FSW proudly supports all our employees with their career development, encouraging opportunities for expanding their skills and knowledge. Apprenticeships provide people with the precise skills they need and are vitally important to not only the development of FSW, but the HVAC industry as a whole.
