Parcel Delivery

Free standard next day delivery on orders of £150 or more (postcode and product restrictions apply, please see below).
For orders of less than £150 a carriage charge of £9.95 will be applied for standard next day delivery.
Orders placed by 4pm Monday to Thursday will be delivered next working day (postcode and product restrictions apply, please see below).
Orders placed Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched next working day for next working day delivery.
Deliveries are made during business hours, between 9am and 5.30pm.
A signature will be required on delivery, you can choose your delivery day up to 7 days in advance. If you have provided a mobile number you should receive a text message from 7am on the day of delivery with an estimated 1 hour time slot and a link to live tracking information.
If your order contains age-restricted goods such as solvents, axes, knives and knife blades, delivery will only be made to a person over the age of 18. Our delivery company will ask for proof of age if they believe you are under age.

Parcel Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirming the courier’s consignment number.
If you have provided a mobile number you should receive a text message from 7am on the day of delivery with an estimated 1 hour time slot and a link to live tracking information.

Product Delivery Restrictions and Palletised Deliveries

Due to the size and nature of some of our products (hazardous product, etc…), delivery may have to be made via a pallet/specialist carrier or our own vehicles.
Carriage costs for this are available upon request.
Delivery may take longer than a standard next day service.

Carrier Delays

We aim to despatch all orders on time, however, on rare occasions a courier delay may happen.
If this is the case we will contact you to advise of the delay.
