- We continue to vet and investigate our supply chains to ensure they share and implement the same values as we hold as a business.
- We promote fair reward and recognition, diversity, inclusion and equal opportunity in all employee dealings, including decisions on hiring, remuneration, training and promotion.
- All employees are always paid at least the National Minimum Wage.
- We use a third party to ensure all new employees to the company have reference, identification and Right to Work in the UK checks.
- We encourage our employees to report any concerns or questions they may have and detail the protection we have in the business for Whistleblowers.
- We do not knowingly support or deal with any business involved in the slavery and human trafficking.
The Company Directors and Senior Management shall take the responsibility for implementing this policy and its objectives and shall provide adequate resources and investment to ensure that slavery and human trafficking is not taking place within the organisation or its supply chains.
