The power of a ‘thank you’.

We believe that saying thank you and showing gratitude creates an instant human connection, and is an acknowledgement of hard work or a good deed. When on the receiving end of this simple phrase, it can instantly boost both morale and wellbeing. In recognition of this, we’ve created FSW’s own rewards and recognitions platform, called ‘The Fridge Door’. 

The scheme is open to all FSW employees and anyone in the business can use the platform to thank their colleagues (not just supervisors or senior management). By using ‘The Fridge Door’, we are able to recognise colleague’s contributions and send ‘thank you notes’ both to our immediate team(s) and to colleagues further afield in different departments and companies within the FSW group. 

Managers are then able to authorise ‘quirky perks’, to recognise the individual contributions their team have made, which could be anything from an early finish, late start, a complimentary coffee or lunch on us!

In addition, you can also see how your colleagues are doing, by looking at our ‘Fridge Magnets’, where you will see all of the nominations your fellow employees have also received.
