Everyone here at Fridge Spares Wholesale is thrilled to support National Apprenticeship Week 2025.

Professional and personal development of our staff is highly important to us, and we are constantly looking for ways to help our colleagues reach their full potential and enable their careers to flourish.

Apprenticeships give our employees the opportunity to earn a nationally recognised qualification while continuing to gain valuable hands-on work experience and support in their workplace.

Our internal ‘Aspire Academy’ gives all employees at FSW and our sister companies access to both online and face-to-face training in product knowledge, internal systems, engineering and people management courses.

Building upon the success of our previous apprentices, our employees know that apprenticeships are available to everyone, and it’s great to see that we now have several colleagues on courses that include Senior Leadership, Engineering, Customer Services, Business Administration, Warehousing and Procurement. 

We will soon be launching a new Team Leader apprenticeship across the business in the very near future.
