Cooleo Pre-Insulated Black Copper Coil

Pre-Insulated Copper comes in 20m Coils of soft copper pipe pre-insulated with either 9mm or 13mm wall fire rated insulation thats bonded together to make pairs of coiled copper pipe.

Cooleo Black pre-Insulated Copper features a special polyethylene outer film that helps to protect the insulation when passing the coil through awkward spaces and provides UV resistance.

Perfect for split system air conditioners, cellar cooling, and any application that uses the pipe sizes shown above.

Cooleo Pre-Insulated Copper makes easy work of installing long pipe runs on VRV and VRF systems considerably reducing installation time therefore reducing labour costs. It’s durable and tough insulation covering and quality copper coil pipe can be cut to any length, simply re-cap the pipe ends and reuse the remainder of the coil on your next installation.

Cooleo Pre-Insulated Copper is easy to join simply hold back the insulation make your braze joint and glue or tape the insulation as you would with any industry-standard insulation.

It is easily bent using the Castel Airco Line Set Benders these 4m long solid plastic benders are inserted into each pipe to allow you to make your bends and then easily withdrawn (see video) supplied separately under FSW Part Code Q076.

• Insulation is manufactured to EN 13501-1, with the following fire ratings:
  9mm Black BL.S2.do
  13mm Black CL.S2.do
  9mm White BL.S1.do
• Flaming Droplets / Particles during combustion rating of d0 – no dripping or particles
• Smoke Emission during combustion rating of s2 – quantity / speed of emission of average intensity
• Copper Pipe is manufactured to EN 12735-1
