The NFG1 from Navtek is a metal tool desigend to measure if you have made the correct sized flare in refrigeration grade copper pipe.
The flare is too small if it passes throught the tool, if its too big it wont go in the hole, if it’s just right it will go halfway into the hole confirming the correct size flare.
For precise measurement of 1/4″, 5/16″, 3/8″, 1/2″, 5/8″, 3/4″ tube flares.
